When you do, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, phone number or email address, and details about the move or hire you're asking about (pickup/drop-off locations, dates, and what you're moving).

Booking itself happens through the separate Korlun app at app.korlunlogistics.com, which collects the information needed to arrange and carry out your move (contact details, addresses, and payment confirmation). If you book through the app, that information is handled under this same policy.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the service you've asked for.
• To plan and carry out a booked move, hire, or haulage job — including sharing relevant details with the crew or driver assigned to it.
• To follow up on a job (e.g. confirming completion, resolving an issue you've raised).
• To meet legal, tax, or regulatory record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share job-relevant details (e.g. pickup/drop-off addresses, contact number) with the Korlun driver or crew assigned to your booking, since they need it to do the job. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of our staff, customers, or property.
