Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use korlunlogistics.com, book a move or hire through the Korlun app, or use any of Korlun Logistics's services. By booking with us, you agree to them.

Our services

Korlun provides truck rental, towing, and full-service moving — house and office relocation, packing and unpacking, furniture and single-item delivery, and commercial haulage — across Abuja (FCT) and the neighbouring Northern Nigeria states we cover. Interstate moves outside that coverage area can be arranged on request.

Booking & pricing

Bookings are made through the Korlun app, where your price is based on distance, the vehicle and crew size needed, and the volume of what's moving. The amount shown at booking is what you pay — no hidden charges are added afterward for the scope you booked.

If the actual job turns out to need a larger vehicle, more crew, or more time than what was booked — for example, more items than described, or access that requires extra labour — we'll let you know before doing the additional work, and any change in price is agreed with you first.

Your responsibilities

• Give us an accurate description of what's being moved and any access restrictions (stairs, estate clearance, parking) at both ends.
• Be present, or have someone authorized present, at pickup and drop-off, unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.
• Make sure valuables, fragile items, or anything requiring special handling are flagged to the crew before loading.
• Don't book us to move anything illegal, hazardous, or otherwise unsafe to transport.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we'll work with you. Repeated late cancellations or a crew arriving to find nothing ready to move may affect availability for future bookings.

Insurance & liability

Items are insured in transit while in our care. That cover doesn't extend to pre-existing damage, items not disclosed to the crew before loading, or items you packed yourself in a way that made damage unavoidable. We're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as road closures, severe weather, or access being denied on arrival.

Content & intellectual property

The text, images, and branding on this website belong to Korlun Logistics and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with the "last updated" date above revised accordingly.
